Expressions of interest open - Ti Tree Research Farm lease opportunity
The Northern Territory Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) to licence the Ti Tree Research Farm, located 14 kilometres south of Ti Tree in Central Australia.
The 9.44-hectare property includes a 76 megalitre groundwater licence and has soils suitable for a range of horticultural crops.
Previously used for research into grapes, asparagus, melons and mangoes, the farm presents an exciting opportunity for industry to reactivate this valuable asset.
The Department welcomes innovative proposals from businesses interested in developing the site for productive use.
EOIs open 10 November 2025 and close 19 December 2025.
