Wildman Agricultural Development

Duxton Farms Limited, a national farming investor  will develop the 28,000-hectare area of land, located 135km east of Darwin along the Arnhem Highway.

The Wildman Agricultural Precinct represents a significant development opportunity and comprises 4 areas of land including NT Portions 2623, 2624 and 3611 which are available on long-term lease, and NT Portion 5088 which has been purchased through freehold sale as part of the development.

The Northern Territory Government has facilitated this development by completing thorough land suitability assessments and advice on land tenure, regulatory approvals processes and stakeholder engagement.

The Wildman Agricultural Precinct has the capacity to accommodate multiple agricultural and horticultural activities and high yield crops such as mangoes and melons as well as forestry, and other crops such as sorghum alongside cattle production
