Gunn Point Emerging Agribusiness Precinct
The Gunn Point Emerging Agribusiness Precinct is a proposed pilot project of 260 hectares of land with opportunities for horticulture production.
The objective is to test new ways of growing crops, farming and using irrigation.
The proposed precinct aims to provide a reduced risk environment for proponents to test innovative agricultural production systems and technologies on a commercial scale.
Regulatory approvals are currently being sought for the project. Updates will be provided as the project progresses.
This project is a partnership between the Northern Territory and Australian Government’s National Water Grid Authority.
