Recreational Fishing Advisory Committee

The purpose of the Recreational Fishing Advisory Committee is to provide high level strategic advice to government regarding future directions for recreational fishing development in the Northern Territory (NT).

This includes, but is not limited to, advice regarding:

• delivery of priority objectives in the recreational fishing development plan
• significant issues affecting the future of recreational fishing in the NT
• significant matters of public policy that may impact or benefit the future of recreational fishing in the NT
• any other matter referred to them for consideration by the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries.
